Can I add a gift note?
Yes, and it's free. Tick "This is a gift" in your cart and write your note. We print it on a card and leave the prices off.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) usually arrives 2–5 business days after that, and it's free on orders of $35 or more. Priority Mail is faster. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date, and the details are in our shipping policy.
Something arrived broken. What now?
Email a photo and your order number to support@otterfinds.com (or use the form). We'll send a replacement or refund you. The details are in our return policy.
