Where we ship

We ship within the United States.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping options

Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): $4.99, or free on orders of $35 or more. Usually arrives 2–5 business days after it ships.

Priority (USPS Priority Mail): $9.99. Usually arrives 1–3 business days after it ships.

Delivery times are estimates from USPS and aren't guaranteed.

Damaged or missing orders

If something arrives damaged, or your order doesn't show up, contact us at support@otterfinds.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged), and we'll make it right.
